This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it absolutely was far more interesting, intriquing, notable and valuable than my days about the streets using the kids i knew as a kid. You gotta hustle as if you are lacking time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” i use on myself - is making a feeling of urgency and gathering in my mind the worst thing that can happen basically don’t have this shit done.
The more intensity you can have within yourself, your company that pressure drives you to definitely either experience a degree of friction or fulfillment, in any event it adds fuel for the hustling power.
Back to persistence, your height of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise will determine how long you decide to go, there is really absolutely no way you can accept failure and quit, i have failed 10x more than i have succeeded, i suppose it’s not sexy to inform how frequently you fail, but i’ll tell you now every single successful entrepreneur we have met have failed more times compared to they have won, the’ve lost more money compared to they usually make…
Hustling has to be a part of your lifetime, i used to be very blessed yet still am to become flanked by people who have supported me, that has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i was speaking to a pal / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a big deal) and i remember just hearing him complimenting on my small hustle and i could sense in himself he believes as to what i’m doing. (At that time, i had not even met him personally!)

Having the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing what's right, at the proper time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, specially when you are new and beginning, it will take a lot of dedication, focus, attention and you should be somebody who is focused on self growth. Sometimes Doubly harder on myself, in my mind i then do on my small business.
Mindset to approaching things is much more important than the method that you get it done, mindset leads to having a strategic mindset where one can harness your distinct ability to create maximum results.
Success is really a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster but yet many people won't ever have it, you may do, cos you're reading my damn post.

After i was a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started on this industry i'd more setbacks than a lot of people, i needed dropped outta university in my final year, friends and family poking fun at the fact that i want to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley got into around $40,000 price of debt while i bought right into a $20k multi-level marketing program then went on a rampage of purchasing every-and-any-damn course online marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your level of pain threshold determine your ability to succeed since it means you will not be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
A 6 figures will probably be tough. A 7 figures will be tough. A 8 figures is going to be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however i use a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i'm. Some of my challenges i face are only so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people would not be in a position to understand it, however i use a compelling “Why” plus a vision that gets me thru the challenging times. Make sure you have your personal compelling future which will drive you forward even though you may think all is not training.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t build your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does this exist, sometimes when i really do live events and individuals approach me, instantly installed me on the pedestal as though i’m some perfect guy, one guy even thought to me i’m being a God to him. * i desired to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. What you placed on a pedestal is definitely going to be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Because individuals have some things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they may be said to be wear something using this world, they are still nowadays, and it’s possible for you also. When i meet immensely successful people i then just determine if i'd like what they have, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this entire thing is simply a journey, your journey, my journey, everyone is over a journey, i respect everyone, not just a millionaire or perhaps a billionaire but the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, or some other MLM and is also wanting to recruit his family and friends. I applaud you to have the guts to take on the fierce realm of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down on anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m just like my amazing maid that comes to the house having a beautiful smile to wash once per week, i simply do various things, that’s all.
Anyway to my point, i'm still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles about what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, everything stuff.
You're going to become a human, which means you will invariably involve some shit not exercise, for me personally last Six months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m focusing on my health, and my business and my vision.
That’s what life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the challenges, hahahah!
My life isn't dictated because when much cash i make or even the need to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, the ability to post you - i would like to start building schools to support orphans, i really do some stuff like that, but it’s not enough i wish to give more back.
You can’t assist the poor if you are one of which this little bit of wisdom may be stuck with me for a long time.
As long as I will be learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I understand I’m exactly where I must be.
Cash is just one single element of one’s life and yes, it’s important - but not the most crucial, well that’s debatable in accordance with your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - you will find programs, systems to help you get results within 30-90 days, but may it will lead you longer, so bloody stick with it.
Success is not something you just wake up and get, it’s something you require to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of the population don’t do and that’s why they are afflicted by financial obligations and are usually broke and in short supply of money, leading with a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for any business to achieve momentum, bear in mind i've spent more income on my own education to understand things i do compared to average person will likely earn in the lifetime.
This can be one of the primary killers of success and i am accountable for it too, now i just don’t do anything else if i can’t commit 90+ days with it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s not all dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin to make lots of money when you get momentum - yes, more income than you ever made before….
More cash than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - when you accomplish that, or can i say prior to deciding to accomplish that, you have to ALWAYS know this….

I'd just discovered out recently i was spending $30,000 monthly / £20,000 monthly on stuff, stuff we have nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i also don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i have no idea why i used to be spending that, or the actual way it accumulated up to now, after 6 months of ridiculous over spending, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. You can forget.
I don’t like budgeting because it kinda defies the purpose of why i’m running a business, but i see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now situations are changing
It can add up and is detrimental to ones success, one time i was first a newbie and i had made my first six figures - the first two years the money i had made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Bank account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll make this back and much more, because…
I've got a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i know how to market.
Still, the year after i did so just like a million bucks in sales.

That jogs my memory, on the topic of having money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you have to often be considering your numbers, every day - several times a day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team provides you with freedom, but additionally lots of damn headache, stress, worry, problems if they aren’t the right person and if you aren’t the right kind of person to handle them.

Increasingly more i’m seeing that the net Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal effortlessly this social networking stuff, you now have the energy to make your own tribe (more because a little later)
Use your personality to increase online conversions, to attract well matched people, to cultivate your personal tribe and cultivate them, help them to succeed…
Develop yourself in to a friendly, trustable expert and advisor inside your marketplace.
Atart exercising . personality - learn who to tell stories, should you aren’t funny, then discover ways to be funny, when you have crooked teeth, then get your teeth fixed, if you're boring, learn how to be intriguing and being INTERESTED in others.
They are all pieces of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people start and get noticed of the profession, well i used to once i heard other folks, lol, now i really don’t much. My attention remains safe and secure therefore i remain focused on who i would like / must serve.
As a personality online is something i learned from Dan Kennedy many years ago.
Present with individuals is magical, whether its offline or online, practice being PRESENT plus the minute meaning - get off the damn Facebook and social media marketing and acquire practising being present, the most effective relationships which i have built and continue building happens because i am always being a TED as opposed to a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this bit of wisdom to me!)

Then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

I spend SOOOOOOOO a lot of time alone, i don’t find many individuals do that. So when i’m alone i would often walk up to random strangers, usually seniors and speak with them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to share with me.
Celebrate life much simpler.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t give your mind and brain the opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with ourselves without any distractions gives you the opportunity to clear the mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and more efficiently. Damn, look at this - this blog post is taking me like 3 hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone can be a beautiful thing very few people understand. I am aware because a great deal of individuals will always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the world 90% of that time period without any help, i will meet strangers, i've confidence to spark a conversion with anyone everyone at any moment therefore i don’t have to be lonely easily don’t want to.
And extremely i love my very own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Hanging out alone, having a notepad- journal - offline, without the internet plus “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is when breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, no less than for me anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
I go Mosque up to i will, sometimes because of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll have a prayer mat and pray - during my college accommodation.
But i always spend time in deep prayer.
After i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in life - i do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i usually do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on
I realised hanging out alone, i get to actually sharpen my clear thinking with techniques that i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta escape and spend time on my own.
Or possibly that’s my excuse for seeing a different country each month. lol.
Obtain a simple or even a fancy journal using a fancy pen, go spend some $50 on the pen and be proud of currently talking about your lifetime, your challenges, your goals, visions, and dreams. Your life worth living is a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Buying The mind
You don’t need to be incredibly best if you do that, although i proclaim to my little brother as i’m a GENIUS, you really don’t have to be super smart or hav university degrees, after all examine me - i dropped outta university and today i manage a multi million dollar business, that being said - i am a student and that i remember my cousin Mike Dillard founder, elevation group stating that the most successful individuals the world will be the individuals who invest in themselves.
Damn, this suggestion makes me waste more money on myself than a lot of people even earn, and that’s not to brag - it’s to inform you how committed i will be to my growth.
This coming year alone i’ve probably going to attend events / masterminds worth a minimum of $100k+.
Irrrve never keep back in purchasing myself.
I've met some super-uber smart people that have got the best bargain in the corporate world but, they don’t own their greatness when it comes to an internet business, often getting overwhelmed, giving up too rapidly and never staying this course up until the end.
You can find endless stories of folks that had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study on them, learn from them, buy their stuff, visit their events, spend more time with them.

Using a well developed self esteem increases your skill to move forward, fail fast, whilst at it, you realize internally you are the man and you also don’t need anyone’s validation or approval.
Naturally the greater results you receive, the harder confidence you'll get in your abilities, within your communication, your posture and the way you carry yourself.
However, you'll want it in your head ALREADY and live confidently to draw in what you would like.
I really couldn’t give a toss what anyone thinks of me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for lunch.
But these are just people and i appreciate, respect the things they're doing where they're at, but this don’t mean i’m any smaller than them. When you come from that place where you own your greatness and you're simply in deep appreciation of what you are without every one of the “stuff”….
Then you definitely be a little magical ball of awesomeness.
Once i started deciding i will do a few things i want within this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more money for services than other people, altered the landscape for various aspects and helped many individuals have more results than with anything else.
Probably the most successful people i am aware also seem to have one of the most level of self-confidence, self-confidence - you want your hair a lot leads to self esteem which leads to someone taking more action and then believing by themselves after which
When you're aligned along with your highest values you might be confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people to you who've their shit together.
Whether it is, develop it, live it and encourage others together with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire Just a Players, the old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is the thing that you have to live by.
We have probably made more mistakes than i'm able to count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the identical people, arghhhhhhhh.
You need to develop yourself and the team in the process, some won’t be growing as soon as you, let them have time, nurture them which help them grow when it’s time - you'll be able to grow apart or have them on.
Although i've generated huge amount of money within this niche for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more because of hiring a bad people. We have experienced all sorts of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong individuals who i've hired and i’ve hired quite a few.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, rather than just Developing it.
You simply gotta smile, learn, embrace this and move forward with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, after all i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years having a very tiny team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to get to stage 1, doesn’t mean they will help you get to stage 2. This is hard to get, people will not grow as fast as you, and you have being comfortable with that, you gotta be ok with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and stay inside the $100million mark. I’ll do this (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is probably the greatest assets you can have in your life and in business, if you are not phased by competition, what others think about you, what others say, whoever they're, you start and live from your place of owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, however it never affects me, people see the world because they are less the entire world because it is.
My industry, the small Internet Marketing / Multi-level marketing / Home Business Industry absolutely rocks, it will help people grow into real personal growth powerhouses and if anyone really sticks from it, the nation's possible ways to help people make huge amount of money.
Oh company, its immensely profitable and it also lets you produce a true passive income should you do the job properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with all the multi-level marketing arena.
numerous will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as a second income or home business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i transformation multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, in one business opportunity that a lot of people talked recorded on.
And with that one program, i’ve generated an excellent $1.A million in commissions.

Many people within this industry will look down at MLM’s / Network Marketing / Direct Sales business models and have some type of stupid perspective with this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Mr . trump have commended when they were to start from scratch they'd get into the concept of Multi-level marketing.
But, to the stupid people who have stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad experience with others selling in their mind
2) they joined one once they was young and new and couldn’t ensure it is right into a success

I acquired into this industry after which made my first million because space, i continued to generate millions more OUTSIDE of this space, so again systems work, people fail.
After i was obviously a newbie and i’d follow these what are known as Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home businesses and the like, it might create a great deal controversy inside me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t want to do anything because i felt what's going to my friends think about me along with what will those big marketers consider me…

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection With the Only One Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, this one - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even when they pay for it.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant but i’m much better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my most valuable, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my own time so much, where i don’t like to waste it on something that doesn’t fulfil me.
The idea of time is very fascinating. Learning and committing to Mastering the principles with the 80/20 this is like maybe among my best three strategies of creating success and generating huge amount of money, you must learn this topic - buy Perry Marshall’s book on 80/20.
I've been students from the topic 80-20 since i used to be a new on this industry and i'll continue to be.
Exercise your value each hour, mine is now $2,000 hourly. I don’t like to do items that will not yield much.
On my laptop i have this informative article it note : “Is What I’m Doing Now Worth $10,000 Per Hour” ?
Because when i have learned regardless of what i attempt - one of the most said irrrm is 3 solid hours of pure productivity.
For me personally it’s writing e-mail, doing big deals on traffic buys, sometimes i’ll buy $50,000 worth of traffic in a single day therefore i gotta ensure i’m all game to save money and finding the best that will deliver and creative thinking.
So that you bring your ideal income for the day, you then divide by 3 hours and then you focus on your highest leverage tasks for your.
I’m very strict with who i spend more time with, what i do because time, and also the feelings, energy, thoughts that can come from being in a place where my own time is spent.
I have no room in my life for negativity, people whining, complaining, bitching and moaning. No dram and leeches needed, let’s just say i've had my great number, lol.
My big lesson for Time is always that, anything in everyday life - you may get more of, more customers, more cash, more cars, more houses, more watches more XYZ….
That which you can’t get is more time.
It’s exactly the only element of the world that we can’t buy, you could in the event you hire lots of people lol.
I respect time a good deal and i expect everyone else to do so, after all it’s the thing i can’t manage to buy much more of!
Everyone has exactly the same A day, thus you must consider of the way you spend those A day, since the among somebody that works and someone who just isn't (yet) is how they spend a full day, you do low leverage activities and the other does advanced level activities.
Everyday - write a list of things you can do - it's possible 10 things, then only focus on the main 2-3 that may move your business forward, this one words of advice from Yanik Silver changed the game forever for me.
It’s funny, now i have time and i good think everyday for my blessings, that i do a few things i love everyday, and don’t even need to work for a period of time of even decades, however i really enjoy my thing, everyday.
Oh back to time thing - i see now more and more which i enjoy being with my children, parents, brothers and sisters. Nothing like family love.

Ok, i’m back
I never will probably be some of those people who says, oh i should have spent additional time with my loved ones. After travelling alot, i’ve seen many people just aren’t in “touch” using their families, their siblings therefore i designed a very conscious decision to always be dedicated to be with my family, serve them well. I’m very grateful on their behalf.
Even with little in this world, my family provides me with a great deal richness and joy.
Buying time lets you do that, it enables you to take many months off work and still get paid being a BAWSS. Wait, is that how you spell it. lol.

Creating a list is the thing that allowed me to recently sell out a $5k per head live event, $30k+ consulting gigs and $50,000 customers.
I write an e-mail to my list every single day.
I write the same as i speak as if i will be talking to a single person in the conversational tone, the guiding “Million Dollar Questions” that assist me craft compelling e-mails are :

If you do this, you will win people’s hearts over, that’s more essential and valuable than winning their wallets over…
Transparency and authenticity creates raving buyers, cash is a bi-product of the value that you create…
Practice being vulnerable, transparent and open along with your subscribers, they want education, entertainment, they wish to participate your life…

I send an e-mail 6-7 times weekly, and my emails are long, you are able to tell i'm going overboard in adding value to my subscribers.
I have a very deep funnel that let’s customers progress and spend lots of money, i’ve had one client spend over $100,000 with me at night.
I’ve created multiple streams of greenbacks, many are more profitable than others, and also by using a responsive list i will easily do substantial launches within my list without any headache, only a well considered e-mail promo.
Furthermore, i look for online companies i will create and make my very own category, whilst everyone was selling small solo ads, i created SoloAdsAgency which in itself became a big business within just 12-18 months.
The deeper, the harder optimised the funnel is - the greater cash you’ll make.
Find the needs and position irresistible offers along the way.
The check keeps coming and becoming bigger and so i know i’m delivering value, caring for people and spreading an email.
